For NZ makers

Simple order management for craft makers.

From your workbench to their letterbox.

For makers selling candles, crochet, soap, jewellery and pottery at markets and on Facebook and Instagram. Take orders, send updates and keep every detail in one place, with a shop your buyers can order from and a fair queue for made-to-order work. Buyers pay you directly. We never touch your money.

Then NZ$20 a year. No card to start, cancel any time.

Make your next market or launch simpler

Start with the part of selling that takes the most time.

Busy hands, messy notebooks.

We know what selling handmade looks like. It's wax on your hands at the workbench, trying to remember whether the Instagram DM came before the Facebook comment. It's the worry of skipping someone who ordered a custom piece three weeks ago.

Little Stall is a simple, honest tool that runs on your phone and keeps every order organised from first message to final delivery.

A fair queue, when you need it

Switch on a first in, first served queue when it suits the way you sell. Work from the top, or shuffle things when you need to.

When real life gets in the way (a glaze firing goes wrong, or a custom piece takes longer than you hoped), just drag a card to reorder. You choose whether buyers see their place in the queue.

Your shop, your address

Claim a shop address and post the link on Facebook, Instagram or your market sign. Buyers see what you’ve got, choose products and quantities, and place their own order – without messaging you first.

Use your Little Stall shop address, or connect a domain you already own — like yourcrafts.co.nz or shop.yourcrafts.co.nz. Your buyers get a familiar address, with secure HTTPS hosting included.

Same stock, same orders, same shop. Your original Little Stall address keeps working, and every order stays together, ready for you to fulfil.

Peace of mind for buyers

Every buyer gets a private, tokenised status link. They never have to make an account or remember a password.

They can see what they ordered, what they owe, and follow along as you pack their order. If you enable queue visibility, they can see their place too.

Shop orders send a confirmation automatically. For an order you enter yourself, send the confirmation when it is ready. Shipping updates go out automatically, and you can switch on payment emails in Settings. Fewer messages for you, more certainty for them. They never need an account, a password or an app.

Everything recorded

Keep track of exactly who wants what. Orders record the buyer, the products they want, and quantities against per-product price options (like sizes, colours or sets), with the total worked out automatically.

Log shipping addresses or pickups. Track exactly who has paid and what is still owed. Add courier tracking numbers that pass straight through to the buyer.

Built for the workbench

Little Stall runs in your phone’s browser and adds to your home screen like an app — nothing to install, nothing to update. Big buttons and clear text, built to be tapped with busy, waxy or painty hands.

After a market weekend, check your weekly and all-time stats – items sent, money received. Export your entire order history to a CSV for your records.

How it works

Following one order from hello to delivered.

1

Order arrives

Someone messages you about a candle. You tap '+ New order', punch in their name and what they want. Send their confirmation when it is ready, with a link to their private status page.

2

Packing

When you are ready to make the order up, tap 'Start packing'. If you use the dispatch queue, it helps you work through orders fairly. Their status page updates while you make it over the next few days.

3

Paid

They transfer money into your account, or tap 'Pay by card' if you have switched that on — a card payment marks itself paid. Card payments send a receipt; for payments you record yourself, you choose whether to send a payment email.

4

Shipped

You pack the order, drop it at the courier, and paste the tracking number into the app. They get a final email with tracking details. Done.

Let buyers pay by card

Straight into your own Stripe account, in your name. The money never passes through Little Stall, and we don't take a cent of it.

Your account, your money

Stripe pays you directly, on your own payout schedule. We never hold it, never touch it, and can't.

We take nothing

NZ$20 a year is the whole of what we charge. Stripe takes their processing fee; the rest is yours.

Bank transfer still works

Your account details keep showing next to the card button. A transfer is free and instant here, so plenty of buyers will still use it.

Setting it up takes a few minutes

Switch it on in your settings and Stripe asks for your details and where to pay you. After that every order confirmation carries a Pay by card button, and a card payment marks the order paid on its own — no chasing, no checking your bank. It is entirely optional, and you can turn it off whenever you like.

Frequently asked questions

What can I sell with Little Stall?

Handmade goods you make and post or hand over yourself: candles and wax melts, soap and skincare, crochet and knitting, sewing, jewellery, ceramics, art and prints, woodwork, home decor and kids’ items. You are responsible for making them safe and labelling them properly. Food is only allowed if you are registered under the Food Act 2014.

Can I take made-to-order and custom requests?

Yes. Set a product to “Made to order” and buyers can order it even when you have none on the shelf, with your own wait time shown beside it. For one-off custom pieces, add the order yourself with the details you agreed, and send the buyer their confirmation and status link.

Can I use my own domain for my shop?

Yes. Connect a domain you already own, such as yourcrafts.co.nz, www.yourcrafts.co.nz or shop.yourcrafts.co.nz, from Custom domain in Settings. Connecting it and secure HTTPS hosting are included in your Little Stall plan; domain registration and renewal stay with your domain provider. Main domains need a DNS provider that supports CNAME flattening or ALIAS records. Your stock and orders stay in the same place, and your original Little Stall shop address keeps working.

Will connecting my domain replace my website?

Connecting an address that already shows a website replaces that website with your shop. To keep your existing website, connect a subdomain instead, like shop.yourcrafts.co.nz. Keep your email DNS records unchanged; if your email server uses the same main-domain address, check with your email provider before changing it.

Is Little Stall a payment service?

No. Candles, crochet and other handmade goods are things you make, sell and post yourself, and the money never passes through us. Buyers can pay you by bank transfer, cash, or by card if you switch that on — card payments run through your own Stripe account, in your name, paid straight to you. Little Stall only records whether an order is paid.

Do you take a cut of what I sell?

No. Not of a bank transfer, and not of a card payment either — NZ$20 a year is the whole of what we charge. Card payments go through your own Stripe account, so Stripe takes their processing fee and the rest is yours. We never see the money and we take nothing from it.

How do card payments work?

You connect a Stripe account from your settings — Stripe asks for your details and where to pay you, which takes a few minutes. After that your order confirmations carry a “Pay by card” button alongside your bank details, so buyers choose. The money lands in your Stripe account and Stripe pays it out to your bank. It is optional, and your bank details keep working exactly as before.

What happens when the free trial ends?

New orders and edits pause, and your public shop goes offline until you subscribe. You can still sign in, every order you have already taken is still there to read, and your buyers’ order links keep working. Subscribe for NZ$20 a year and you carry straight on. Because there is no card on file, nothing can be charged without you deciding to.

Do my buyers need to make an account or download an app?

No. They get a private web link by email and click it to see their order status in any browser. No password, no app, nothing to install.

Do I have to show buyers their queue position?

No. The dispatch queue is there when it suits the way you sell, and you choose whether buyers see their place. Their private status link still shows the rest of their order and its updates.

How do I cancel my Little Stall subscription?

Open Billing in the app and tap Manage subscription. That opens Stripe's own page, where cancelling takes one tap. You keep working until the end of the year you have already paid for, and nothing renews after that. No phone calls, no emails to write.

Does Little Stall have a limit on products or orders?

No limits at all. Add as many products and pricing options as you like. We don't penalise you for having a big catalogue.

Your next market, your way.

Take your first order in about two minutes. Fourteen days free, no card, and your buyers start hearing from you straight away.
