Questions about billing?
What happens at the end of the trial?New orders and edits pause, and your public shop goes offline until you subscribe; its link says there is no shop there in the meantime. You can still sign in, read every order you have taken and export your history, and your buyers' order links keep working. There is no card on file during the trial, so nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe.
How do I cancel?Open Billing in the app and tap "Manage subscription". That hands you to Stripe's own page, where cancelling is one tap. You keep full access until the end of the year you have paid for, then it simply stops and nothing renews. There is no need to email us, and the unused part of a year is not refunded.
Does Little Stall take a cut of my sales?No. Not of a bank transfer, and not of a card payment either: your NZ$20 a year is the only money you pay us. Buyers can pay you by bank transfer, cash, or by card if you switch that on. Card payments go through your own Stripe account, in your name, so Stripe takes its processing fee and the rest is paid to you; we never see the money.
Is it worth it if I only sell at a few markets a year?Yes, if you take any orders between markets. NZ$20 a year is less than the price of one candle. Post your shop link before a market so regulars can pre-order and collect at your stall, and keep taking orders on Facebook and Instagram afterwards without a notebook.
